Who I am
My name is Josh, and I'm your new secret weapon.
I've been programming since I was 12 years old, took some computer programming and electronic courses in High School, graduated with an HSE a year early and enrolled in College when I was 17, majoring in computer science. While there, I taught classes in various computer-related subjects at the Greater Lowell Boy's and Girl's club, where I took the initiative of creating several club programs which gained the attention of the local media.
In 2001, I began to teach classes in many subjects, including office applications, keyboarding, and web development as a partner in R&R consultants, a consulting firm specializing in teaching computer-related topics in schools across Massachusetts. During that time, I founded socratesone.com.
In 2005, I began working full-time as a web developer for a small upstart called Xtensible technology, creating the first generation of mondopulse.com, and leaving in 2006 when I began to work full-time on socratesone.com, which I have been happily doing for the last 5 years.
Resume:
...but who I am isn't important. What IS important is what I can do, and the best way of figuring that out is by taking a look at what I've done.
