Privacy
This site records the questions and options visitors select, their navigation path, timestamps, and a randomly generated visit identifier. Anonymous navigation data is retained for 90 days.
If you submit an inquiry, the contact information and answers you provide are associated with that visit and retained for 12 months after our last communication.
If you submit an investor inquiry from the investor page, the contact information, firm, and answers you provide are stored with the same inquiry records and retained for 12 months after our last communication. That page does not record a navigation path, so none is attached to the inquiry.
If you submit the SocratesOne Jobs survey, the site stores your normalized email address, structured job-search or hiring-process answers, any optional written feedback, and your research and updates-consent choices. This information is used for product research and future platform access. Submitting the same email again updates the earlier survey response.
The Jobs survey does not store your Internet Protocol address or browser user-agent with your response. Your address is used transiently for abuse prevention. Do not enter passwords, government identifiers, financial details, medical information, or other sensitive personal information in survey text fields.
After a Jobs survey submission, the site sends a confirmation to the email address provided and records delivery outcomes. If delivery is permanently rejected, the address and rejection status are retained on a suppression list to prevent repeated delivery attempts and abuse. If you request deletion, this suppression record can also be removed; doing so may allow another delivery attempt if the address is submitted again.
Graph telemetry does not include your Internet Protocol address or full browser user-agent. Separate security logs may contain this information and are deleted after 14 days.
This site uses Google Tag Manager to manage site tags. Google and services loaded through Google Tag Manager may process technical, analytics, or consent information as described by their respective privacy policies.
Information is used to respond to inquiries, research and improve SocratesOne products, provide updates when requested, and protect the site from errors or abuse. It—including survey email addresses—is not sold.
To request access or deletion, contact privacy@socratesone.com. You may also delete the current visit's anonymous activity using the site's deletion control (in the homepage footer).
